Doug and Jana Rogers
Doug Rogers grew up on the mission field in Mexico, and Jana grew up in Indiana as a pastor's daughter. Doug and Jana have three children and one precious granddaughter. In 1999, Doug and Jana were married and returned to Mexico, where they planted three churches. In 2008, Doug and Jana moved to the USA to plant a Spanish-speaking church where Doug was a Discipleship and Outreach Pastor for Peace church in Wilson, North Carolina.
In 2013, Indigenous Church Planting Ministries was born to establish training centers to train church planters and plant self-sustaining churches in Latin America. Since the start of ICP, there have been 28 training centers opened in seven countries throughout Latin America and the USA, where over 600 bi-vocational students are training to be church planters. God has also allowed ICP to see 44 churches planted in Latin America and the USA in the last ten years. In addition to ICP ministries, Doug and Jana started "LatMed International," a medical non-profit Jana oversees. Through LatMed, they offer free medical treatment (through clinics) and education to underserved areas of Latin America to share the gospel and plant churches in spiritually dark regions.
