Thanks and Giving

What motivates and drives our decisions each day? Paul challenges us in Romans 12 to contemplate our motivations and the decisions that follow. He suggests that we should be driven by our gratitude for all that God has done for us. This is the essence of “Thanks and Giving”. When we realize how thankful we are for something, it makes us want to give something back. Therefore, the question we should ask ourselves is: What can we give in return for all the gifts we have received from God? We can offer Him our talents, our time, our table and our trials. When we give these things to God, our lives and the lives of those around us will be positively impacted.
